Summary
This license covers every application Venhola Consulting Inc. publishes: Cordelia and Kent. Both are free to use, but "free" here describes the price, not the source code. Both are proprietary software: download and use them freely; the licence grants no right to copy, modify, redistribute, sell or reverse-engineer them. See What Is Cordelia and What Is Kent for the no-charge, no-advertising side of this; this page covers the legal terms.
What you may do
Download and install these applications, and use them for your own purposes, free of charge.
What you may not do
Without Venhola Consulting Inc.'s prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from these applications, in whole or in part.
Contributors
If you've been granted access to the source to contribute changes, anything you submit is understood to be provided under these same terms unless otherwise agreed in writing. See Contributing to the Project.
The Garmin FIT SDK
Cordelia links Garmin's own FIT SDK, which has its own separate license terms. See
Garmin Technologies. Kent does not link the
FIT SDK. It uses only Cordelia's database layer, so it reads and writes the same
.sqlite files without touching .FIT files at all, and Garmin's
terms don't come into it.

These applications are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Venhola Consulting Inc. is not liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or its use.
