Summary

This policy covers every application Venhola Consulting Inc. publishes: Cordelia and Kent. Neither collects, transmits, nor stores any data about you or your use of it. Everything these applications touch stays on your own computer, under your own control: the .FIT files you import, the SQLite database they create or read, and any files you export.

What these applications do with your data

Imported .FIT files: read from wherever you choose on your own computer, and never modified or deleted.
The SQLite database: created and written only to the location you choose. Nobody but you has access to it. Kent's read-only commands (info and details) never write to it at all.
Exports (XLSX, JSON, CSV, FIT): written only to the location you choose when you start an export.

None of this data ever leaves your computer. There is no server, no account system, and no cloud component of any kind behind either application.

What these applications do not do

No telemetry, analytics, or usage tracking of any kind.
No crash reporting sent anywhere.
No advertising, and no third-party services embedded in either application.
No network connections; both work entirely offline.

Future versions

If a future version of either application adds functionality that changes any of the above, this policy will be updated before that version ships.
